Per Catherine Carlockโs Boston Business Journal story, Boston – and specifically PIER 4 – now joins Manhattan, San Francisco, Miami and Los Angeles as U.S. cities with home sales of more than $4,000 per square foot, and itโs no wonder why: each home at PIER 4 offers private outdoor space overlooking the water, parking, and amenities including outdoor space and curated retail.
The building was previously home to cherished Boston landmark Anthonyโs Pier 4: once the top-grossing restaurant in the country, Anthonyโs attracted patrons such as Elizabeth Taylor and Frank Sinatra in its heyday. With a history as luxurious as that, itโs only fitting that PIER 4 follows in the same tradition.
